How the system is described
The store describes limping, a missing left eye, and hallucinations only you can see. It mentions potions and surgery. The October announcement says healing requires accepting an affliction as a trade-off. This does not establish that every operation has the same cost or removes every condition.
Official achievement conditions describe Dead Weight as amputating a body part (5.1%) and Medical Marvel as winning with at least 20 skulls of afflictions (4.8%). Test Subject asks for the maximum level of every affliction (0.0%). These are player unlock percentages from 17 October 2026, not treatment success rates; a displayed 0.0% is rounded and does not prove nobody unlocked it.
- Named without explained effects in the saved announcement: Separation Anxiety, Bad Vibrations, Butterfingers, Narcissism, Gambling Problem, Nerve Damage.
- The official condition for Ultra Hydrated is winning while only drinking water (0.8% player unlock proportion on 17 October 2026). This is not evidence that water cures an affliction.
- The snapshot does not contain a complete 70+ entry list, per-affliction skull weights, or a tested cure table. Do not infer effects from the six teaser names.
